The CEO BeHappy Petroleum, Mr Oduniyi Adelaja has reiterated his commitment towards the betterment of his host community.
Yesterday, the CEO personally supervised the filling of various potholes in Oru community; refugee road in okeola street, sagun road and many others to ensure free vehicular movement and wornout of vehicles plying the community roads.
Speaking with Amebohotnews correspondent, BeHappy as fondly called said same was done in Ago Iwoye his home town and it relieved commuters and drivers making a living via taxi driving as well as private vehicle owners. He said immediately the petrol station nearing completion is finished, he will ensure free water is made available to people living in the area.
This is not new to us as an organization, we are only assisting the community as part of our corporate social responsibility as well as ensuring we complement the effort of the Local Development Council Area
Mr Oduniyi Adelaja had sometimes last month bought the former Jogbo petroleum located at the heart of Oru-Ijebu and rebuilding to the company’s taste of construction after opening that of Ago-Iwoye.
Some street boys were found around the CEO guiding his movement. Reacting to amebo, one of the boys who simply call himself Dare Olusanya who spoke in his native dialect said “they are happy with the CEO of BeHappy Petroleum blnot just because of this gesture but because he understands the language of the street boys, as we are he gave us in different categories cash that made us cook soup for one week as individuals when he wanted to start this project. As we are right now, I am very sure our palms will be greased that is why is find some of the street boys joining him to fill the potholes. Are we not going to be the one to enjoy it? We are, so we must give him all support especially because he is our Inlaw”
