Ogun State House of assembly today approved the request of the State Government to extend the tenure of the transition committee by another three(3) months.
Last week amebo reported that the meeting held by the state government with the council of Obas, Local Government Chairmen and the Ministry of Local Government &Chieftaincy title, it was agreed that an extension would be considered to forestall lacuna in the local administration.
The house of assembly also received the report on the referendum conducted by OGSEIC on the newly created LCDA for further legislative activities.
